By using voicenext (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Use of the App

You agree to use voicenext only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others. You may not attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the app.

3. Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and software within voicenext are our property or licensed to us. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of your audio recordings and messages. By uploading content, you grant voicenext a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and display your content to provide the app’s services.

6. Limitation of Liability

voicenext is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including data loss or service interruptions.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You can also terminate your account at any time via your settings.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of voicenext constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Germany and the European Union.
